Inside Rawess

Eight thousand square meters,
zero shortcuts.

From a 90-square-meter lab above a tea warehouse to a consolidated extraction, synthesis and QC campus — here is what happens inside.

01 — The campus

Three disciplines,
one roof.

Rawess consolidated extraction, synthesis and quality control into a single 8,000-square-meter facility in 2023. Botanical actives come in as raw plant material and leave as quantified powder; peptides are built from amino-acid building blocks on solid-phase lines we run ourselves.

The analytical suite sits at the center of the floor plan on purpose — no batch can walk past the lab without stopping at it. Fourteen instruments, from HPLC and GC to ICP-MS, are calibration-logged and audited annually.

Clean-room grade handling, climate-controlled storage and a dedicated allergen-segregated area keep cross-contamination risk where it belongs: near zero.

02 — Batch flow

Every batch earns
its way out.

i.
Receiving & identity

Raw material is quarantined on arrival; identity and purity are confirmed before a batch is even booked.

HPLC / IR
ii.
Instrument analysis

Assay with full impurity profile, heavy metals by ICP-MS, and a complete microbiological panel.

ICP-MS / GC
iii.
Four-eye release

Analyst and reviewer reconcile independently. No single person can release a batch — ever.

4-Eye Signoff
iv.
Batch documents

A batch-specific COA, MSDS and retained sample travel with every lot — for traceability, not theater.

COA + Sample

03 — Rotterdam

Bonded stock,
dock-side EU.

A bonded warehouse in Rotterdam keeps fast-moving grades physically inside the EU. Customs clearance takes days, not weeks, and temperature-logged shipping is standard for heat-sensitive actives.

Ship FOB Ningbo, CIF, or DDP from Rotterdam — whichever your logistics chain finds easiest. The invoice and the COA leave the building at the same moment the drum does.

Audit us first.

Send the sample to your own lab — we encourage it.
